I’m Tara!

I’ve been running Studio Mac for the the past 5 years now.

Prior to this I worked in both in-house and agency design environments for over 9 years.

During the pandemic I was told my then-job was at risk, so thought I’d take the leap and go freelance - I’ve never looked back!

rock climbing

I’ve been rock-climbing for over 10 years now, and it’s pretty much how I’ve met most of my adult friends. What can I say - nothing bonds you like fake plastic rocks!

knitting

I started knitting a couple of years ago now as a way to relax. So far I’ve knitted one really good blanket… and one really bad one. The real dream is to knit a pair of socks though.

coffee

I am somewhat snobby about coffee, I will admit. Like I may automatically assume you hate me if you offer me a Nescafe instant, for example.
